This sideboard’s angular ridged facade mixes pattern + texture into a sleek silhouette. It’s built from Solid + Manufactured wood in a black + brown finish and accented with linear gold pulls. TEXTILES:
  • Textile care can be accomplished through vacuuming or gentle brushing.
  • To maintain textiles, keep them away from direct sunlight. When vacuuming, rotate and flip cushions for even wear. For high-pile textiles like velvet, lightly steam them to restore their original pile height.
  • Avoid using water-based or solvent cleaners as they may cause discoloration. Stained or soiled textiles should be professionally cleaned.
LEATHER:
  • Leather is a soft, porous material that can absorb liquids and oils. Avoid saturating it with lotion or water for an extended period.
  • Care for leather by dusting and light vacuuming.
  • Keep leather away from direct sunlight and heating vents. It’s a natural material that breathes and changes with wear. Stained or soiled leather should be professionally cleaned.
  • Dust and vacuum leather regularly. For daily or weekly dusting, use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
POLISHED METAL:

  • Protect against extreme humidity changes, as dry air can cause wood to crack and lacquer to lift.
  • Do not place hot or moist objects directly on the wood. Rubber or plastic left on the finish can also cause damage.
  • Clean with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
GLASS, CRYSTAL & MIRROR:
  • Clean glass and crystal by wiping with a soft damp cloth or a glass cleaner without additives. Apply the cleaner to a cloth rather than directly on the fixture to avoid overspray that may damage other finishes.
MARBLE:
  • Clean marble gently with soft, clean cloths slightly dampened with plain water or diluted, non-aggressive, neutral detergents. Avoid applying undue pressure to prevent marks or uneven areas.
  • Do not use acid or alkaline detergents as they can cause irreversible damage.

WARRANTY & DAMAGE CLAIMS:
  • CASABLANCA’s strongly advises CUSTOMERs to verify firstly if damages are perceptible on the package, and then verify all crates upon delivery in order to check for unconformities in the conditions of the goods
  • The original packaging of the products must be kept. In case a claim is submitted, the packaging must be kept during the period in which the claim is settled.
  • The CUSTOMER is advised to check and photograph all pieces ordered, upon their arrival. All claims must be accompanied by photographic or video evidence that support the client’s complaint, in which all the products, correspondent crates and/or boxes and issues claimed are clearly showed, and a written detailed description.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying that items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their original packaging prior to placing an order. Product dimensions can be found in the Product Information section on our website. CASABLANCA will not be liable for returns or refunds if an item does not fit through your doorways or into your designated space.
PRODUCT ORDERS:
  • There are no required minimums when purchasing CASABLANCA products.
  • To place an order, the CUSTOMER is required to provide information requested by the REPRESENTATIVE for the purpose of a legal transaction, including and not limited to: Billing Name and Billing Address, and email address; or other mandatory information if needed for a legal transaction.
  • The CUSTOMER is responsible for selecting the PRODUCTS that constitute the PURCHASE.
  • When making a purchase, the CUSTOMER is entitled to require photographs of the ordered PRODUCTS prior to shipment.
CUSTOMIZATION & MADE-TO MEASURE:
  • CASABLANCA offers a Design Service to customize its products to meet Customers’ needs and specifications. Additionally, CASABLANCA also accepts Made-to-Measure requests
  • A design fee is applied to all Custom / Bespoke orders. This fee is deductible from the final PRODUCT invoice. CASABLANCA reserves the right of setting the valid period and price of a custom-made product official quote accordingly
CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY:
  • Please note that all custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We encourage you to thoroughly review your specifications and details before placing your order. Once a custom item order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

PAYMENT POLICY & dISPATCH

  • To ensure your order is processed and confirmed, Casablanca requires a 60% advance payment at the time of order placement. This advance secures your order and allows us to begin production or preparation for delivery.
  • For orders being delivered within Lahore, the remaining 40% of the payment is due upon delivery of the items. This allows you to complete your payment once your order has arrived at your specified location.
  • For orders outside of Lahore, the remaining 40% must be settled prior to dispatch. This ensures that all payments are finalized before the goods leave our facility, enabling a smooth and timely delivery process.
